How to Make Snake Juice
Shake all of the ingredients together in a big container until fully blended.
3 Phases of The Snake Juice Diet
The diet is divided into three stages, which are as follows:
- Phase 1: The diet starts with a 48-hour fast, which induces ketosis. During the first phase, you may drink as much snake juice as you like. Dieters may then eat for 1-2 hours before going on another 72-hour fast. Ketone levels are measured throughout this period to identify whether the body is in ketosis.
- Phase 2: 48-96 hour fasts commence during this phase. The individual is told to fast for as long as they can stand it. Single meals are permitted in between but must not last more than 1-2 hours. This phase lasts until the individual achieves their targeted weight reduction goal.
- Phase 3: The user is intended to retain the weight they dropped by fasting for 24-48 hours in this third phase. During this period, single meals are continued dependent on the body’s needs.
Is This Diet Effective?
The Snake Diet is a starvation diet with inadequate nutrition and numerous negative side effects. This diet produces quick weight reduction but cannot be maintained without posing serious health hazards.
How Much Weight Can I Lose On A Snake Diet?
During the first week of a fast, people lose an average of 2 pounds per day, followed by roughly 0.7 pounds per day by the third week. Fasting and calorie restriction cause weight reduction but also cause your body to burn both fat and lean muscle mass.
Should I Take Electrolytes While Fasting?
Many experts advocate consuming electrolytes when fasting. During a fast, electrolytes keep your body running properly.
