- Place half of the avocado slices in the hot oil and cook for 1 minute, or until browned on one side. Fry for another minute, or until golden brown.
- With tongs or a slotted spoon, remove the slices and let the excess oil to drop back into the pan. Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with paper towels to drain. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately with dipping sauce.
