- When the pan is heated, add the sofrito and cook for approximately 2 minutes, or until aromatic.
- Stir in the ham until it begins to caramelize.
- Combine tomato sauce, beans, chicken stock, and sazon spice in a mixing bowl.
- Season potatoes with oregano and adobo spice.
- Bring to a boil, then lower to a low heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes. The potatoes should be soft and cooked all the way through.
