These parmesan pork chops are juicy and soft on the inside while remaining crispy on the exterior. They’re really simple to cook and ready to eat in under an hour.

  • Combine the eggs, milk, garlic salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, lemon pepper, teaspoon garlic salt, onion powder, and Italian seasoning on a dish.
  • Each pork chop should be gently seasoned with garlic salt before being dipped into the egg wash.
  • Coat the pork chops in the seasoned bread crumbs. Place the pork chops on the oven rack and press the breadcrumbs into them firmly.
  • Spritz each chop with cooking spray or drizzle with melted butter.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until fork tender, at 350°F. Brown the chops under the broiler towards the end of the cooking time for a richer color. Make sure to keep an eye on them so they don’t burn.
