  • 8ozcream cheesesoftened
  • 1cupsugar
  • 2teaspoonsvanilla
  • 1teaspoonlemon zest
  • 2teaspoonslemon juice
  • 2cupsheavy creamwhipping cream
  • 16ozcherry pie filling

Instructions 

  • Line the bottom and sides of a springform pan with ladyfingers.
  • Cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and lemon zest should be combined in a large mixing basin. Place aside.
  • Whip the cream to firm peaks in a medium mixing dish and gradually incorporate it into the cream cheese mixture.
