- 2tablespoonssoy sauce
- 1 tablespoonsrice vinegar
- 1tablespoonvegetable oil
Instructions
- Thaw shrimp under running water if necessary.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine sriracha sauce, honey, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar.
- To marinate, place the shrimp in a zip-lock bag or container with half of the marinade.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once heated, arrange the shrimp in a single layer (discard the marinade) and top with the remaining sauce.
- Stir fried for 3-4 minutes, or until pink and opaque (approximately 2 minutes each side).
- Transfer shrimp to a serving plate.
- Remove the sauce from the heat when it has thickened. Return the shrimp to the pan and coat completely.
